The LY-ZZ-30B is a high-performance PET (Polyester) termination tape specifically engineered for the demanding environments of modern battery manufacturing. As a critical component in battery insulation and fixing, this tape provides reliable protection and stability for energy storage solutions.
Key Features:
1.Strong Electrolyte Resistance: Formulated with a special adhesive that withstands prolonged exposure to aggressive electrolytes without degradation, ensuring long-term reliability inside the battery cell.
2.Non-Discoloring: Maintains its original color and integrity over time. It resists yellowing or fading caused by chemical reaction or heat, preventing contamination risks.
3.High Adhesion: Provides a secure hold for winding applications, preventing unwinding or shifting during battery assembly and operation.
4.Thin & Conformable: The PET backing offers excellent conformability for wrapping around sharp corners and irregular surfaces of battery cells.
Applications:
Power Battery Insulation: Used for outer wrapping and insulation protection of prismatic and cylindrical power batteries.
Lithium Battery Cell Winding: Ideal for securing the ends of cell windings (jelly rolls) to prevent telescoping and internal short circuits.
